Ingredients
1 cup butter
2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup pecans, chopped
Preparation
Brown butter in heavy skillet, then add sugar. Mix well. Add remaining ingredients. Shape into rolls, then wrap in waxed paper. Refrigerate until firm. Slice very thin. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
